Approximately twelve bowls are represented here:  six from Montezuma County, Colorado; two from San Juan and two from McKinley counties, New Mexico; and two from San Juan County, Utah.  The stepped variety is depicted on seven bowls, while the floating and/or base-line varieties are depicted on the other five.  Artifact 42SA8543.384 is the second example of a floating M2 accompanying M3, the first example being 5MV117.3397, shown on the previous page.
